NAI takes business to Asia Pacific

NAI, a global commercial real estate services provider, welcomed NAI SAMS Korea as one of its newest offices in the Asia Pacific region. NAI SAMS Korea provides commercial real estate coverage in South Korea with four offices, including its Seoul headquarters, and 250 employees. "NAI SAMS Korea brings a sizable and experienced team of professionals into the NAI global organization," said NAI managing director for Asia Pacific Steve Atherton.

"Combining NAI SAMS Korea's market-leading building information system, technology expertise and market knowledge with NAI's global team and best practices creates a powerful resource for investors and occupiers seeking world-class property strategy and services."
The emergence of a reformed real estate market and new investment opportunities are quickly reshaping how real estate business is conducted in South Korea.

In support of these changes, NAI SAMS Korea, formerly known as Samsung Life Service Group, restructured its business and embarked under a new name in January 2000. Currently, NAI SAMS Korea manages more than 100 properties for one of Korea's major property owners, Samsung Life Insurance, and also focuses on strengthening its structure and diversifying services to better serve the needs of the local market, global occupiers and investors.
